Work With What Builds

Updated October 1, 2026

We're building something we believe in: a community and collection of resources that encourage people to choose what matters and build up others.

We're not currently hiring or accepting applications for specific positions, but we believe meaningful work often begins with meaningful connections.

As What Builds grows, opportunities may emerge for writers, designers, creators, and others who share our vision.

If you're interested in being part of that future, we'd love to hear a little about you.

Tell us about yourself, what you do, and how you might like to contribute.

Submitting your information doesn't constitute an employment application or guarantee future opportunities. We'll use the information you provide to consider potential collaborations and contact you if a relevant opportunity arises.
